Hi Mike, I had installed the latest version on both the workstation and server. When I redirect the USB drive from workstation to server, the disk management console hang on the server. I can see the USB icon on the bottom right. When I stop redirecting the USB on workstation, the disk management console on server wouldn't hang anymore. I tried redirecting a 1GB usb stick and it does take awhile for the server to recognize it and the disk management only hang awhile. But when I try redirecting a USB drive of 320GB, it just hangs the server. What do you think might cause this? Should the server takes very long to recognize a large USB drive? Thanks. Alvin

I have a system with two Alladin Keys. I want to share one and keep the other for the local system only. When I try to stop sharing one of the keys both stop sharing. They also seem to get the same properties like nick name. Please advise. Best regards, Peter

Thanks a lot for your attention. I am able to direct my Touch Panel to my remote Vista now, even there are some error/warning messages. Unfortunately, I found that once I redirect my touch panel to the remote Vista, my local touch panel can no longer work. I tried both USB over TcpIP and USB over network. Is there anyway to "share" my touch panel USB to both my local RDP client and my remote computer? I did allowed USB to be used when the link is occupied, but it ends up diconnected both. To answer your question, we are trying to use touch panel from http://www.elotouch.com/ Thanks a lot. Po-Shan.

Hello. I'm not sure if I understand your question or if you have misunderstood me. ESXi is not something you can install under the GNU/Linux OS it's a virtualization layer you install on the server BEFORE any other guest OS'es. So I take it that you don't have a oem.tgz install for your software based on your answer. Read more about custom oem.tgz for ESXi here : http://www.vm-help.com/esx/esx3i/customize_oem_tgz.php

Hello! This issue may occur when different versions of USB Over Network are used. Please check that versions of Server Component and Client Component are similar.

I can't use a hamster ii finger print reader from a virtual pc machine. I can connect to the host ok, and to the reader in the host ok, but when I press "capture" in the diagnostic tool, the reader is blocked with the red light fixed. Host - Windows XP sp3 Guest - Windows XP sp3

Hi, Alex, I know that you have full-licensed version of USB for Remote Desktop, but just for test I want you to try our another product USB over Network. You can download it here: http://fabulatech.com/usb-over-network-download.html Install it instead of USB for Remote Desktop and try your device with it. Thanks in advance! Awaiting your reply.
